Store Policies
We endeavor to ship your purchase in two weeks. Many times we will be able to send it sooner. We will e-mail you if we will be delayed in the delivery. Also we will e-mail you when the product ships. Also you may choose to pick the product up at our store and save the shipping charges. If so please indicate that on order so that we don't charge shipping. If you have a problem with the product please notify us by e-mail. ANY RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED. If the product should arrive damaged please notify UPS. They will contact us and arrange for replacement. Payment options - We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover Credit Cards. We do not accept checks or requests for C.O.D. Sales Tax - We charge sales tax, as required by law, for orders shipped to a Tennessee address. We ship only to continental United States.
