Policies

  • We endeavor to ship your purchase in two weeks. Many times we will be able to send it sooner.
  • We will e-mail you if we will be delayed in the delivery. Also we will e-mail you when the product ships.
  • You may choose to pick the product up at our store and save the shipping charges. If so please indicate that on order so that we don't charge shipping.

 

  • If you have a problem with the product please notify us by e-mail.
  • ANY RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND
  • PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • If the product should arrive damaged please notify UPS. They will contact us and arrange for replacement

 

  • Payment options - We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover credit cards.
  • We do not accept checks or requests for C.O.D. Sales Tax
  • We charge sales tax, as required by law, for orders shipped to a Tennessee address. We ship only to continental United States.
